The apartment is located right in front of the  26 km² natural reserve "Parque Natural de Corralejo", by a 7.5 kilometer long and 250 meter wide sand beach. The area is quiet and mostly residential. The nearest supermarket is 9 minutes by foot, and a commercial area with bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops is 12 minutes by foot.
